Take a Tour of Travel Poof

Adding a New Property

Travel Poof displays images on the site at a resolution of 600x275, so for best results make sure that your images are large enough or cropped to those dimensions.

Be sure to have the following information ready:

  • Location and Address
  • Amount of rooms and price range
  • Description of property
  • Pictures of property (600x275 for best results)
  • Property details and features/amenities

Managing Your Listing

Editing Details

Clicking on the edit details link on a property allows you to change all property information. You'll want to edit your property details when changing or updating any information about your property.

Managing Pictures

Select an existing picture from the dropdown to edit or remove it. If you'd like to upload a new picture simply browse to the picture on your computer and click upload.

Updating Rates

To add or update rates for a property, click the update rates link for the property you need to update. From here you can select existing rates to edit, or you can add a new rate for a new date range.

Click on the Starting Date and End Date fields to bring up the calendar to select your dates. Then add your desired rate and click Submit.

Removing a Property

To remove a listing you simply need to click the remove listing link for the property you'd like to remove. You'll be taken to a confirmation page before the listing is removed from the site.

Bulk Property Uploads

Adding more than one property at a time? For Travel Poof Partners we offer the ability to import properties into our database.

You'll need to create text files with a single insert on each line. Take a look at the Example Insert and Destinations/Regions/Locations List for reference.
