“Travel Poof” shall refer to Travel Poof.com™ (owned and operated by Travel Elite Management LLC) and any of its affiliates, agents, contractors, or subcontractors, as the context may require. “User” or “Users” refer to the end-user or users of the services that Travel Poof and Travel Elite Management LLC provides under these terms and conditions.

What information are you gathering about me?
To inquire about or reserve a vacation property, we require your name and email address. WE DO NOT REQUIRE OR WILL EVER ASK FOR YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, CREDIT CARD NUMBER, OR BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION.
NOTICE TO PARENTS: In order to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), Travel Poof does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. However, if you believe your child has submitted information to us, and you wish to request that the details are removed from our database, please mail us at Custsvc@travelelitemgmt.com to request this.
NOTICE TO UNDER 13's: If you reside in the United States of America, this applies to you. The law states that if we are aware that you are under 13, we must get your parents consent to hold data that can identify you. This means, that we must remove your email address and any other personal information about you, if we discover or are made aware that you are under 13.
In order to provide you with a personalized experience and also monitor the traffic patterns on our site, Travel Poof uses a feature of your browser called a “cookie” to track content preferences and traffic patterns. The cookie may contain a number or other information which reminds us who you are when you visit our site. This browser feature is valuable to you because it alleviates the need to re-register for services each time you visit our site and because it allows us to better understand traffic patterns throughout our Web site (keep track of how often visitors visit a particular part of our site) so we can offer our visitors the most popular and useful content and services available. What do you do with the information you collect about me?
We transmit your name and e-mail address to the property owners you choose to contact.
We may also use this information to notify you of special offers and new products offered by us, but you may choose to unsubscribe or “opt out” of such notifications.
We may also use information we obtain from your current and past activities on the site, to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, and enforce our Terms of Service.

What information might be disclosed to third parties?
Travel Poof will exercise its maximum efforts to protect the anonymity and personal privacy of every user. There is one exception to this. Travel Poof reserves the right to share information you provide with legal authorities if it is, in our sole opinion, necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected fraud, situation involving threats or potential harm to the physical safety of any person, or if required by law (such as if required by a subpoena, court order or other legal means).
We do not sell, rent or otherwise share your personal information to or with any third party except for the specific property owner you wish to contact.
Travel Poof does not allow third parties to send promotional email to its users without your express consent, in advance. At your option, Travel Poof may send emails to update users concerning new services or opportunities with Travel Poof. Some of these emails may contain information about the services of our partners. We may send out promotional emails on behalf of our partners to those users who have demonstrated an interest in receiving such solicitations.
We do aggregate information and disclose such information, in aggregate, to partners and use it for other marketing and promotional purposes. However, in these situations, we do not disclose any information that could be used to personally identify you.
Travel Poof cooperates with all law enforcement inquiries and with all third parties to enforce their intellectual property or other rights. Unfortunately, due to the existing regulatory environment, we cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. For example, we may be forced to disclose information about you to law enforcement or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate. Therefore, although we use industry standard practices to protect your privacy, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personally identifiable information or private communications will remain private.

A Note About Changes To This Policy
This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the Travel Poof Terms of Service and may be revised over time as new features are added to the website. We will post those changes prominently so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information, and whether we will disclose it to anyone. If we are going to use your personally identifiable information in a manner that differs from what was stated at the time of collection, we will notify you via e-mail. If we make any material changes in our privacy practices that do not affect user information already stored in our database, we will post a prominent notice on our website notifying users of the change. In addition to the notice on our site, in some cases, we will also e-mail users who have opted to receive communications from us notifying them of the change in our privacy practices.
